We are authorized to enter the pier
All our vehicles are authorized by the Italian government to enter the Venice pier to provide comfortable transfers to the Airport terminals. Your chauffeur will know the name of your ship in advance and the terminal where the ship is docked (in Venice there are two harbours: the Stazione Marittima where are the largest ships and San Basilio). VeniceCab offers also private transfer by water taxi from Cruise port to every hotel in Venice centre or Lido.
Assistance with luggage
Our drivers always provide you with luggage assistance. On your arrival at the cruise terminal your driver will drop you off directly at the luggage check-in point, where the cruise line assistants will take care of your luggage. We work closely with the port Baggage services and would gladly arrange on-demand for your heavy or bulky luggage special luggage assistance at the time of transfer. For all transfers from/to the cruise terminal we use only vehicles with a big room for all of your luggage.
Early Departures or Late Arrivals
Don't be worried about being late for early morning departures from Venice's Marco Polo airport. We are specialized in providing private transfers at the harbour very early in the morning because at that time there is no public transportation and not always a public taxi is available to pick you up. Also in case of late arrival at the airport you can use our private reliable transfer service to the cruise terminal. We provide a 24/7 service, available regardless of time or day.
