We check your flight arrival time
We will be checking your airline and flight arrival status till the moment you land to check on your actual arrival time. Don't be worried if you have missed a connection, if your flight arrival time has changed or if your flight is delayed due to weather, mechanical problems or cancellation. In any case we will provide the transfer. Once you land you will pass through passport control, then you will proceed to the baggage claim area, get all of your luggage, and just step right outside...
Meet & Greet inside the terminal
Take the stress out of navigating confusing airport signage to find designated airport pickup points. VeniceCab provides professional Meet & Greet Services at the airport, inside the Arrivals terminal. At the exit of the airport baggage claim area a friendly VeniceCab chauffeur will welcome you by holding a a personalized greeting sign with your name or a designation of your choice. Your professional chauffeur will escort you through the airport to your private car.
Assistance with luggage
Our drivers always provide you with luggage assistance. We work closely with the airport Baggage services and would gladly arrange on-demand for your heavy or bulky luggage special luggage assistance at the time of transfer. If your luggage requires to be handled and transferred within a separate van, we provide luggage van transportation services. Our drivers will also provide a special assistance handling your luggage while boarding or disembarking your private water taxi.
